Facilité de déplacement. Propreté Très bon petit déjeuner Personnel souriant Lits confortables Ma chambre est spacieuse pour l'Europe, mais aucune décoration malgré un 4 étoiles.
La description, les photos sont trompeuses: 1- l'hôtel affiche avoir les équipements pour handicapés. Je suis une personne à mobilité réduite voyageant avec un quadriporteur. Je leur ai écrit à mon propos.On m'a attribué une chambre au fond d'un couloir étroit après plusieurs tournants avec mon quadriporteur! 2- il n'a pas de lumière derrière la tête de lit rendant la chambre un peu sombre. 3- la salle de bain est superbe. Mais la douche! La robinetterie de douche est moderne avec plusieurs sorties d'eau. On ne peut pas les utiliser faute de rideau de douche (pourtant il y a un pole). On doit se contenter de la sortie de haut et de la douchette. La sortie d'eau du haut devait donner une colonne d'eau, mais cela sort en jets multiples dans toutes les directions. J'avais demandé de changer de chambre. C'est €45.00/nuit supplémentaire pour une supérieure ou une PMR . Ah! Je ne savais pas qu'ils en avaient Sinon on peut nous fournir des serviettes supplémentaires! Ceci nous a proposé très sèchement.

Bon service, bons petits déjeuners, proximité des bus métro, gare, alibus.
Une chambre supérieure côté cour est d'une tristesse absolue. Pas la moindre décoration, pas de lampes de chevet pour lire. Des spots aveuglants au plafond. Une fenêtre aux carreaux dépolis sur une cour moche. Dommage car les services sont très bien.

Fabuleux 
L'emplacement à 1 rue du métro central, pas de sentiment d'insécurité dans le quartier, la chambre familiale 3lits simple qui donne sur coure intérieure donc pas de bruit, le buffet petit-déjeuner varié, la taille de la chambre et salle de bain, déco très sobre mais nette, le personnel a la réception qui répond bien à nos demandes et les serveurs et barmans très professionnels aussi. Merci pour ce séjour dans votre ville bouillonnante et très jolie.
Manque seulement deux petites lampes de chevet et deux matelas très bons, le 3 ème éventuellement à changer. C'est tout
