Wonderful

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we were very pleased with the experience.

The only issue we had was that the walls were quite thin, so we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms clearly, which was a bit bothersome.

A good, basic hotel in a central location, much better than some in the area.

Good breakfast. 24 hour reception is nice. Rooms basic but clean. Very good location for the station, and it's on the safer side of Piazza Garibaldi, which is not the best area of the city.

The rooms are small and basic, but it's inexpensive.

Great location near train station

Perfect location for easy train links to Pompeii, fast train to Rome and metro to centre. Quadruple room was very large, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good as was the overall price. Would stay again.

It is alright

Breakfast was ok Personnel at the reception were nice and polite.

Mosquitos inside the room when we checked in. There were no touthbrushes in the room, so we had to go to reception to get them. They only gave them to us on the second day.

The room was clean The location close to train station and metro. Many places to eat around The personal at the reception and most of those at breakfast

one of the waiter at the breakfast was rude and clearly unhappy. The room is small and many customers arrived at the same time. People wants to eat but the waiter was very rude and clearly unhappy. At a certain point he stopped everyone and said in Italian: "attention everyone ! when you finish your breakfast you need to leave immediately!" This guy managed to ruin our morning. The rest of the staff was very nice.

great location close to station. Nice breakfast for the price paid. Staff was very helpful and always available.

Bed was uncomfortable the wash basin was clogged and the Air-conditioner was not the best.

Quite cheap and clean hotel.

Few electrical sockets, shower did not flow well, not enough shampoo, only hard soap, breakfast could be more varied

Ι would like to mention that in no case does it have the facilities of a 4-star hotel and it is certainly very expensive

Very good location. Garibaldi Central Station is 100m from the hotel and you can use the metro and trains. Regarding the hotel the reception area was beautiful and the reception staff very pleasant. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was very good and value for money. For the room I can only say about the beds which were comfortable and the bathroom which was in very good condition and renovated.

The room is negatively far from the photos. It is not clean and neat. The walls are stained, the floor looks dirty, The window all around has mold from the humidity. Also the door to the room had a normal key and if you didn't lock the door it wouldn't close. Regarding the restaurant, the chairs need to be changed and the staff needs to be more polite.

Not 4 star, facilities need upgrade

Breakfast was very good with variety of choices and good coffee! Staff in breakfast/restaurant is very friendly!

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! *Not soundsproof at all, was situated on 4th floor but could hear the traffic late at night and the airplanes are crazy close to the city, also heard everything from the corridor, neighbours slamming the door, house cleaning, felt like a hostel. * No kettle with tea or coffee and mini-fridge was empty (which was filled in the pictures of my superior double room). *Pictures of the room did not match the reality. Rooms were very rigid looking with no paintings or decoration, just bare walls. *Big rainshower was broke too, too much limescale and lack off cleaning. It did not light up in purple either. *My AC started to drip water down the desk and on the minifridge so I had to take out the outlet for the fridge. I left a request via Booking.com that it's for my birthday and I would appreciate a good room. Previous hotel in Amalfi for the night before my birthday, (B&B Palazza Pisani, highly recommend) managed to accomodate and even upgraded us to higher floor and room type with bathtub. I think this hotel ignored my note totally since they didn't comment it on check-in and I didn't bother either. *Keys worked to open another guests room and another guest also opened my rooms door. Pretty scary. The keys and keyholes are so worn out so it happens after a while that it's possible to open any other door. This hotel has some upgrade to do to earn their stars. Bonus: Sketchy, dirty area, not clean, taxi drivers drive insane and roads are not good. Will not return to either Naples or here.

Lovely hotel

Hotel was excellent, area is a bit dodgy, but then it is good value for money.

The surrounding area is dodgy, got pickpocketed, but probably easy to avoid if you have your wits about you. Plus side - there are resturants and the train station a stones throw from the hotel

A lovely place with spacious family room and a great breakfast.

The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. The family room offered us plenty of space—wonderful for managing jet lagged kids and having separate beds for everyone. The breakfast was amazing—lots of variety of pastries and savory options, helpful staff, delicious food. The location was very close to the train station which made it easy for us to base out of, and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The location is a little grungy and rough around the edges. We never felt unsafe but we’re very aware of the scrappiness of the neighborhood as we came and went. But we never had any issues and I think it will be fine for anyone used to a city, but there are certainly other parts of the city that are quieter and a little more inviting. But for getting the train out of town, it’s incredibly convenient and comfortable for families.
